Lanternwood Tales

Lanternwood Tales is quiet, cozy and beautifully drawn. You wander a misty forest, tap to explore, and slowly piece together what happened to the village at its heart. There's no fail state and no timers — just curiosity pulling you forward.

The puzzles are woven into the environment rather than dropped in as obstacles. Finding the right lantern to light a hidden path or coaxing a creature to help you feels earned. We especially loved how the art and sound work together to set a mood.

It's short — maybe four or five hours — but every minute is deliberate. If you want something to unwind with, this is a lovely pick.
